Thank you for considering the Sierra Sleep-Away. We are lucky to have our staff return back year after year for this amazing 12-day program. Each year, we do hire 2-3 new staff to fill positions. These staff come from our Day Camp and Swim School. We do seek staff who have experience with boating, waterskiing, wakeboarding, and camping.
